We’re still working on a slick user interface for this. But you can use this Google Form which isn’t beautiful but puts the ‘fun’ in functional. The first section asks for images; feel free to skip it. Later sections are multiple choice and at the end there’s a free text field. Desi’s looking forward to reading your responses!
